Creamed pineapple, yellow apple and ginger notes form the core here, which has ample weight but moves gracefully, as orange zest and elderflower honey details stream underneath. A bitter citrus oil accent hangs on the finish for a long time. Has a lot of power for a Barsac. Best from 2020 through 2040. 2,083 cases made.

Marmaladey botrytis bolsters ripe citrus and honeyed tropical fruit aromas and flavors. Rich, tactile, and obviously sweeter than the average 2014 Sauternes, but laser-like acidity keeps it dancing on the palate.

This is a bit shy on the nose, but it’s a powerful, muscular wine with moderate sweetness for the appellation. Lots of botrytis. If you have patience, this will reveal much more in a couple of years. Ideal balance for foie gras!

Silky texture, a mineral, richly opulent and closed bouquet, peach, grapefruit, honey, mandarins, chamomile, vanilla. Creamy, dense, full palate with pronounced sweetness, very well-integrated acidity, elegant structure, powerful and multifaceted aromatics, very long finish with plenty of lingering flavors. 19/20 2022 - 2040

Notes of blossom and acacia honey, tense, very straightforward, consistently showing a stricter, less opulent expression of the terroir than in 2015.

It opens on a note of mandarin liqueur. The palate is clean and streamlined, true to the estate’s style, with the invigorating energy of the vintage as well as the minerality of Barsac.

Crafted by Professor Denis Dubourdieu, this generous wine shows lovely sweetness with fine botrytis and elegant balance. 85% Sémillon, 14.5% Sauvignon Blanc, and 0.5% Muscadelle. 141 g/L of residual sugar with 4.3 g/L of total acidity.

Yellow-green color. Bright. Slightly reduced nose. The wine can be decanted. Very fruity. Smooth, well-structured palate, developing with savory richness toward a citrus-driven finish. Normal length.

Intense with botrytis and concentrated dried apricot and fig flavors, this is a finely balanced wine. It's ripe and opulent, certainly, but it also has the potential to age very well. Drink from 2024.
