Open, fragrant, passion fruit, lychee, citrus notes; fresh, juicy, elegant, crisp fruit, saline finish.

A solid dry white that takes time to coax its lemon peel and wet stone aromas. The smooth and crisp palate also reveals some passion fruit and even rambutan, reflecting the heat wave. The medium finish is marked by yellow kiwi and salinity.

80% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Sémillon. Cask sample. Cool, fresh and understated. Reticent aromatically but sound. (JL)

Pale yellow-green, silver reflections. Delicate bouquet, a hint of yellow tropical fruit, a floral touch. Slender, a touch of green apple, fresh structure, lime on the finish, a stimulating aperitif wine.

Restrained bouquet with lemongrass, grapefruit zest, and white pepper. On the juicy palate, ripe extract, supportive acidity, and a slender body. Aromatic finish with citrus and anise.

Soft green-gold in colour; subdued on the nose, then it unfurls to show kiwi, savoury pear, white pepper spice; precise and sculpted, with fresh acidities and a slate texture. 45 hl/ha yield.

Score: 92–94. On the nose, a delicate, refined freshness evoking a spring meadow, small white flowers and gentle citrus, with a savory, mineral edge. The palate, all grace and elegance, is lifted by a tender yet taut texture, highly mouthwatering, echoing the minerality found on the nose.

The wine's bitter orange aroma and crisp citrus and spice flavors are balanced. It is finely textured, hinting at its tight, young structure with a fine juicy aftertaste. Drink the wine from this estate's moated castle, woods and vineyard, from 2026.

Even better in the bottle than it was during the aging process, this is crisp, juicy, and fresh. The citrus is a blend of vibrant, yellow fruits and green apples with a delicate touch of orange rind on the nose and on the palate from start to finish. This is going to be delicious to enjoy on release, and it can age for a decade or more as well. The wine blends 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Semillon. Drink from 2025-2035.
