Made in stainless steel only, with four months on the fine lees, the Cordero di Montezemolo 2024 Langhe Arneis has citrusy notes mixed with freshly cut grass and honeydew melon. Arneis is harvested from vineyards in Alba, Roero and La Morra. The mouthfeel is quite thin in this vintage, and the wine scores lower on the intensity meter compared to past vintages.

The estate

Located in the village of La Morra, the Cordero di Montezemolo estate is an emblematic benchmark of the Langhe wine region, in the north of Piedmont in Italy.

The vineyard

Cordero di Montezemolo oversees a vineyard of nearly 51 hectares planted on exceptional Italian terroirs of the Barolo appellation. The estate’s wines are recognized beyond borders for their complexity, power, and great aging potential.

The wine

Arneis is a white wine from Piedmont produced from vineyards spread across the terroirs of La Morra, Alba, Guarene, and Castagnito.
