The Estate
Created in 1920 by Arsène Amiot in Chassagne-Montrachet, the Domaine Guy Amiot et Fils now covers several Burgundian appellations, including the prestigious Montrachet Grand Cru. A fifth-generation family estate, it is headed by Thierry and Fabrice Amiot. A pioneer in estate bottling since the 1930s, it stands out for its strong female heritage, honored since 2015 by the cuvées Flavie and Simone. This estate cultivates iconic parcels such as Les Caillerets and Les Vergers, perpetuating know-how that has been passed down in Burgundy for over a century.

The vineyard
The Les Demoiselles parcel covers 0.31 hectare in the heart of the Puligny-Montrachet appellation. East-facing, it benefits from ideal morning sun on typical clay-limestone soils of the Côte de Beaune. The 50-year-old Chardonnay vines draw remarkable minerality and complexity from this exceptional terroir.
