The estate
Located in the heart of Chablis, in Burgundy, the Domaine Laroche is a historical reference whose roots date back to the 9th century. Integrated into the Advini group since 2009, it is now recognized for the finesse of its wines, which accurately reflect the diversity of the Chablis climates. Thanks to demanding viticulture and precise winemaking, the estate embodies the excellence and tradition of the appellation.

The vineyard
Coming from the famous Montée de Tonnerre climate, this Premier Cru benefits from a southwest exposure particularly favorable to optimal maturity. Separated from the Grand Cru Les Blanchots by a simple ravine, this limestone terroir rich in marine fossils gives the wines a remarkable mineral complexity. It is one of the most prestigious climates in Chablis.

Vinification and aging
The harvest is carried out by hand with a rigorous selection of berries. This Chablis Premier Cru is vinified with precision: the malolactic fermentation occurred naturally, contributing to the richness and balance of the wine. The aging on fine lees is for 12 months, half in stainless steel tanks and half in French oak barrels.
