The estate
Peyre Rose was founded by Marlène Soria in the 1990s. Coming from a family of winegrowers, Marlène Soria originally set out to plant vines for her own personal consumption, but thanks to the quality of its wines, the estate has gained renown and recognition from numerous critics, notably Robert Parker.
The wine
Produced as a Vin de France, the Belle Léone 2014 cuvée is crafted from vineyards planted on hillsides, on stony soils composed of clay and limestone.
Blend
Peyre Rose's Belle Leone 2014 is a blend of Mourvèdre and Syrah.
