Nose
Complex and indulgent, the nose reveals a bouquet of white flowers, ripe pears and acacia honey. Notes of hazelnut, vanilla, blond tobacco and coffee add further depth, unfolding over an elegant woody backdrop.
Palate
Elegant and smooth, with remarkable sweetness and a subtle balance. Nuts and yellow-fleshed fruits intertwine harmoniously, alongside candied fruits, gingerbread, cinnamon and ginger. The long finish develops aromas of chocolate and licorice, then moves toward honeyed apricot.

This cognac pairs particularly well with oysters, Serrano ham and chocolate desserts.

A single-parcel cognac of remarkable elegance
Hine, an exceptional Cognac house since 1763
Founded in 1763 in Jarnac by Thomas Hine, a young Englishman from Dorset, the House of Hine has upheld exceptional craftsmanship for over 260 years in Cognac Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne. Officially registered in 1817 under the name Thomas Hine & Co., it remains today a family-owned, independent property, led by the Hine family, with Paul Szersnovicz as Cellar Master and Thomas Vigouroux heading marketing. The only Cognac house to have held the British Royal Warrant since 1962, Hine stands out for its unique "Early Landed" method, ageing its eaux-de-vie in the United Kingdom, and for its double lees distillation, producing cognacs of remarkable finesse and delicacy.
Bonneuil 2012, an exceptional single-parcel cognac in a limited edition
Bonneuil 2012 is part of the Domaines Hine collection, created in 2005 to reveal the distinct identity of cognacs born from specific parcels of the vineyard. This single-parcel cognac comes from a single plot in Grande Champagne located in the village of Bonneuil, rooted in a unique limestone terroir. Made exclusively from the Ugni Blanc grape, with no blending, it was aged for 10 years in French oak casks before being bottled on July 18, 2022. This limited edition includes only 12 casks bottled, making each bottle a rare and precious piece. Lees distillation gives this cognac a finesse and delicacy that define the style of the House of Hine.
