100% Grenache. Whole-bunch fermentation. Aged for 24 months in foudres. Cask sample. Tasted blind. Simple nose with a note of dark fruits. A juicy palate with moderate concentration and intensity. Fine tannins and a creamy note on the finish. The tannins are a little firm at the moment. (AC)
