The estate

An atypical winemaker, Xavier Vignon has been recognized for over twenty years as one of the finest specialists in the southern Rhône Valley. The vineyard

This white wine from the Côtes du Rhône signed Xavier Vignon comes from a rigorous selection of plots located in the north of Vaucluse. These high-altitude hillside terroirs rest on limestone soils, giving the wine freshness and minerality.

Vinification and aging

After harvesting at perfect maturity, the grapes are completely destemmed before undergoing a cold skin maceration, designed to maximize the extraction of primary aromas. Vinification is accompanied by regular stirring. Aging takes place in demi-muids for the roussanne, while the other grape varieties are aged in stainless steel tanks, in order to preserve their aromatic brightness.

Blend
