The balance and aromatic structure of a Provence rosé wine
The estate
At the heart of the Côtes de Provence appellation, the Maison Gassier stands out for its pursuit of excellence and its commitment to preserving authentic Provençal character. Driven by a winemaking heritage passed down through generations, this family estate embodies a true passion for wine and nature. Nestled at the foot of the iconic Sainte-Victoire mountain, it benefits from a particularly favorable microclimate, ideal for crafting high-quality wines. Thanks to environmentally conscious viticulture and an innovative approach in the cellar, Maison Gassier precisely expresses the richness of its terroir, offering a tasting experience that is both pure and memorable.
The vineyard
This Côtes de Provence rosé comes from vines planted on red clay and limestone soils.
Winemaking and aging
Harvested at night, the grapes are directly pressed. Cold settling is then carried out before fermentation.

This Gassier Rosé 2025 from Château Gassier is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Vermentino.
