Golden color. Intense, delicate, fruity, subtle, and complex nose. Hints of warm butter and candied white fruits lifted by spices (saffron). A melting, indulgent palate that begins with delicate flesh without any heaviness, despite its great richness of 140 g of residual sugar. The wine stretches out on complex, fresh spicy aromas. Its roasted, very long finish recalls the best of botrytis. After 12 hours, the saffron disappears. The nose remains brilliant, complex, deep, and ever-changing. The palate, still as airy as ever, shows velvety, regal texture. After 24 hours, the nose is more discreet, while the palate offers sapidity and an unspittable profile. After 36 hours, incredibly, this wine has recovered its nose. On the palate it has gained an ineffable subtlety. Served with griddled chicken breast, a perfect pairing
