The blend is made up of 30 to 45% reserve wines marked by the predominance of the Pinot Noir (50-55%), supplemented by Chardonnay (28-33%) and Pinot Meunier (15-20%). The Champagne Brut Carte Jaune Veuve Clicquot is then matured for 3 years in the historic crayères of the house.

On tasting, the Brut Carte Jaune Ice Jacket Veuve Clicquot reveals a golden yellow colour highlighting the finesse of the effervescence.
