The 2010 Chateau Canon is 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Franc: an excellent vintage carrying the potential of the best Grand Cru.
Located at the heart of Saint-Emilion, 2010 Chateau Canon offers an almost mineral attack suggesting abundant red and black fruit flavours. This Saint-Emilion is really fresh and quite intense, with strong rhubarb notes, as well as deep, dense tension that fills the palate. The exquisite 2010 Chateau Canon carries outstanding ageing potential.
