The estate
Founded in 1986 by Francis Delorme and his son Christophe, Domaine de la Mordorée today covers 42 hectares in the southern Rhône Valley, spread across eight communes. Following Christophe's passing in 2015, the estate is currently managed by Madeleine Delorme and her daughter Ambre, producing wines under the Tavel, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Lirac, Côtes-du-Rhône, and Condrieu appellations. A pioneer in biodynamics since 2020, it stands out for cuvées with poetic names inspired by the woodcock, including "La Reine des Bois".
The vineyard
Tableau de Terroir "Les Galets" is a red Vin de France from an exceptional terroir featuring rolled pebbles, which give the wine its unique personality. The estate practices certified organic viticulture and applies Demeter biodynamic principles, ensuring the utmost respect for the environment and terroir expression.
Winemaking and aging
