The estate

In the heart of Morey-Saint-Denis on the Côte de Nuits, the Domaine des Lambrays owns almost all of the Grand Cru "Clos des Lambrays", whose exceptional terroir gives rise to wines regarded as some of the most illustrious in Burgundy.

Enticed by the passion, know-how and high level of exacting standards embodied by this Burgundian estate, the luxury group LVMH acquired the property in 2014 with the mission of ensuring its sustainability, notably through highly precise parcel work, organic farming certification and ongoing conversion to biodynamics, as well as cellar renovations and the acquisition of new parcels in 2021.

The vineyard

Produced in limited quantities, the "Clos du Cailleret" is a Puligny-Montrachet wine Premier Cru from a 37-are terroir, part of the estate since 1993.

Winemaking and aging

Aging for 9 to 10 months in barrels, 50 % of which are new.

Grape variety

This 2022 Puligny-Montrachet Premier Cru "Clos du Cailleret" from Domaine des Lambrays is 100 % Chardonnay.
