2013 Pouilly-Fume
The 2013 La Demoiselle de Bourgeois is produced with carefully selected Sauvignon grapes, harvested on Kimmeridgian marl soils in Saint-Laurent l'Abbaye.
Domaine Henri Bourgeois' 2013 vintage displays beautiful golden straw colour as well as intense and delicate nose. The bouquet reveals hawthorn, elderberry, litchi, quince, and citrus. The palate offers supple attack with lovely tannic tension, and delicate, elegant minerals. The 2013 Pouilly-Fume from the Loire Valley carries pleasant fullness with fresh underlying tannins.
