Joseph Drouhin : Pouilly-Vinzelles Village 2021

The 2021 Pouilly-Vinzelles has a light, ephemeral nose that would easily blow away in a light breeze. The palate has good weight yet lacks a bit of tension toward the finish. It does cohere in the glass, offering some more enticing spicy notes, but I would not age it long in bottle. Tasted blind at the BIVB tasting.
