Nino Franco was created in 1919 under the name Cantine Franco in Valdobbiadene -a wine region famous for producing Prosecco. Nino Franco is one of the oldest properties established at the center of Veneto municipality. Before 1980, Prosecco were regarded as sweet and excessively sharp medium quality wines. Then, the first Primo Franco vintage released in 1983 changed that image. For over three generations, Prosecco reputation consistently evolved to become a sure value.
