This very fine terroir, slightly elevated, often yields wines marked by a strong mineral signature; this one is no exception. Although it is more refined and airy than full-bodied, it conveys in its fruit the sensation of a fine mineral grain. On the palate, it comes through as a texture that evokes spring water over rock.
