Description
The expression and structure of a Saint-Estèphe wine
The estate
Established in the 18th century, Château Haut-Marbuzet truly took flight in 1952 thanks to the commitment of Hervé Duboscq. Nestled in Saint-Estèphe, on the Left Bank of Bordeaux, the estate now spans 70 hectares. Under the stewardship of Henri Duboscq and his sons, the château stands out for its plantings dominated by Merlot as well as ageing in new barrels, lending its wines remarkable roundness and generosity.
The vineyard
The vines of Château Haut-Marbuzet reach their full potential on the emblematic terroirs of Saint-Estèphe, where soils of gravel and clay shape the structure and identity of the wines. This exceptional land, combined with the close proximity of the Gironde estuary, brings together optimal conditions to reveal all the richness of the Bordeaux grape varieties.
Blend
Château Haut-Marbuzet 2025 is crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.
