Delicate, floral, green apple, lime, grapefruit; precise on the palate, well-judged acidity, crisp fruit, very delicate with finesse and length, finishing spicy.

Juicy and succulent, with a nice apple, pineapple and mango element, plus some peach pit too. Zingy and delicious, lovely citrus elements with grip and complexity. Just great.

White peaches, flowers, and citrus are available with little to no effort. The juicy lemons are accompanied by pink grapefruit, mango, tangerine, and green apples with a crisp, crunchy bite on the palate that carries through to the finish. This is going to be delicious to enjoy on release. The wine blends 80% Sauvignon Blanc, and 20% Semillon, 13% ABV. Drink from 2025-2032. 92-92 Pts

Lemon curd, almond blossom, and gentle herbal notes contribute to the freshness on the nose. The palate is indulgent, mineral, and fleshy, with savory notes of lemon and yuzu.

51 hl/ha. Famille Jean-jacques De Bethmann, lime and citrus zest aromatics, lovely grip, depth and lift, powerful, austere, high acidity; this feels like it is teetering on the edge of a great, great white wine, and I can't wait to taste it in bottle.

Pale yellow color with green highlights. A very aromatic nose, refined, pure and fruity. Fresh hints of mint. Delicate on the attack, with a fine texture and flashes of flavor, the wine melts into a lingering, irresistible finish. It’s very good. Blend: 80% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Sémillon. Alcohol content: 13%. Yield: 51 hl/ha. Production: 28,000 bottles.
