Open, fragrant, floral, red-fruited, with fine spice and wild strawberries; on the palate, light-footed and fresh, with fine-grained tannins, delicate fruit, and a herbal finish on blood orange. Built for medium-term aging.

Really fragranced on the nose. Lively and clean, this has a gorgeously smooth texture with plump fruit but a crystalline core of minerality that elongates the wine and gives a salty bite on the finish. A little tension still but this works. Easy to enjoy this, balanced still with a kick of power and minty clove aspect. Nice succulence. Great!! 5% Cabernet Franc completes the blend. Ageing 45% new oak for 16 months in French oak barrels. 3.61pH. Tasted twice.

Bright and zesty on the palate, the medium-bodied wine is loaded with juicy, peppery currants, and a refreshing spearmint note that carries through the finish. The wine is a blend of 48% Merlot, 41% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Petit Verdot, and 5% Cabernet Franc. 13% ABV. Drink from 2027–2039. 90–92 pts

Intense aromas of dark fruits (morello cherry, blackcurrant, blackberry) open on the nose. As it aerates, exuberant floral notes, lush greenery and vibrant pomegranate join in, creating a luxuriant bouquet that evokes an exotic garden. On the palate, the texture is silky, suave and fluid, gliding gracefully across the palate with a chalky grain. The deep, unbound dark red fruit unfurls a confident sensuality, while a hint of fresh coffee delicately signs off the finish.
