Château Peyrabon 2015

A blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 6,5% Cabernet Franc and 3,5% Petit Verdot, this Haut-Médoc was harvested in optimal conditions between the 28th of September and the 7th of October. Peyrabon 2015 has significant aromas of red fruits especially dominated by black cherry and red currant. Swirling offers a touch of cedar with a note of fresh aromas. The first impression is acidic and lasts until the finish on the tongue. The elegant tannic body is well constructed, round and fleshy. The retroolfaction confirms longevity and plenty of fruits. The refined wine making process allowed a successful vintage.
