The NV Brut Tradition is a light-bodied but well-concentrated sparkling Chenin Blanc. It's a firm, well-balanced style with just 4 g/l of residual sugar, lending a serious, vinous character to the wine. Sweet, ripe fruit reminiscent of apple and pear combine with autolysis-derived pastry characters (3 years on lees). The bubbles are very well integrated.

A powerful, energetic bubbly that will benefit from one or two years in the cellar.
