The 2021 Crozes-Hermitage Blanc is another 2021 that shows a kiss of reduction (a hallmark of the vintage) alongside crisp citrus and white flower aromatics, medium-bodied richness, a lively, balanced mouthfeel, and a clean, crisp finish. It’s a clear success in the vintage for Crozes-Hermitage, which is unquestionably the most challenging appellation.

A blend of 95% Marsanne and the remainder Roussanne, the 2021 Crozes-Hermitage Blanc reveals aromas of apricot, ripe orchard fruits and verbena. Medium- to full-bodied, juicy and enveloping, it offers a long, precise palate and concludes with a gently ethereal finish. This is another classic.

Dusty citrus fruits introduce the simple 2021 Crozes-Hermitage Blanc. Fairly modest flavor concentration marks the clean yet rather unexciting palate. Consume it over the next two years.
