Throughout the tasting, this sparkling wine unveils pear aromas, characteristic of Chardonnay, followed by tropical notes, Granny Smith apple, slightly spicy citrus as well as white flowers.

Service

Serve very chilled, between 2°C and 4°C, preferably in a flute to fully appreciate its aromas. For a different tasting experience, serve in a large glass filled with ice cubes and a slice of lime.

French Bloom was born in 2019 from the friendship between Maggie Frerejean-Taittinger and Constance Jablonski, two women determined to create a festive alcohol-free drink. They founded the brand to offer a certified organic alcohol-free sparkling wine. The name "French Bloom" reflects French heritage and innovation. The brand's development was supported by experts in the wine sector, establishing French Bloom as a benchmark for alcohol-free sparkling wine.

Innovative winemaking

Crafted from Languedoc vineyards, this cuvée is the result of a delicate blend of carbonated Gensac® spring water, dealcoholized organic Chardonnay wine, grape juice, organic lemon juice and natural grape aromas. Dealcoholization preserves the wine's aromas and structure, thus offering a high-quality alcohol-free alternative.
