The vineyard
This Montrachet wine Grand Cru 2021 by Olivier Leflaive is crafted from terroirs located in the commune of Puligny, where vines averaging 45 years of age grow on clay-limestone soils.
Winemaking and ageing
Hand harvesting followed by pressing. Aged for 18 months (including 6 months after blending) in barrels (10% new).
