This is a more delicate vintage to enjoy sooner rather than later.

The 2021 Terra Rossa Cabernet Sauvignon leads with mint and dark chocolate, red earth and cassis. On the palate, the wine is silky and red fruited, with lashings of pomegranate and cranberry through the finish. The acid is a little jarring on the close, but otherwise, the fruit is quite lovely. 14.5% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.
