Grange 2021
Crafted from a precise blend of 94% Shiraz and 6% Cabernet Sauvignon from the finest terroirs of Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale and Clare Valley, Grange 2021 embodies the excellence of Penfolds' expertise. Aged 18 months in new American oak barrels, this wine reveals a deep red colour with purple reflections. The complex nose blends aromas of dark chocolate, spices, plum, liquorice and balsamic notes. The palate, full-bodied and structured, seduces with its richness, elegant tannins and remarkable length. A legendary wine, both powerful and refined, to be enjoyed between 2027 and 2060.

Bin 707 Cabernet Sauvignon 2023
Sourced from a rigorous selection of grapes from McLaren Vale, Padthaway and Barossa Valley, Bin 707 perfectly embodies the Penfolds style. Aged 18 months in new American oak barrels, this rare wine offers power, elegance and exceptional ageing potential. Produced only in great vintages, this exceptional wine can be enjoyed between 2026 and 2050
Launched in May 2000 with the 1997 vintage, RWT Bin 798 Barossa Valley Shiraz 2023 is a contemporary and opulent wine that redefines Barossa Valley Shiraz at a very high level of quality. Made from Shiraz selected for their aromatic qualities and the finesse of their tannins, then aged 14 months in French oak barrels (69% new), this wine reveals a dark purple colour. The nose reveals a palette of black fruits dominated by blueberry and blackberry, enhanced with notes of violet, cedar, warm spices and vanilla. The palate seduces with its perfect harmony between fruit and oak, its remarkable tension and its nuanced tannins that confer a beautiful smoothness, enhanced by aromas of cherry chocolate, praline and black pepper. An elegant and concentrated Shiraz, to be enjoyed now and until 2048.

ST HENRI SHIRAZ 2022
First crafted by Penfolds in the early 1950s, St Henri Shiraz 2022 offers a traditional and distinctive expression of Shiraz that contrasts with Grange. Blended from 96% Shiraz and 4% Cabernet Sauvignon from Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale and Padthaway, then aged 14 months in large used oak casks, this wine reveals a colour with saturated hues of red plum and violets. The nose reveals the characteristic purity of Shiraz with aromas of raspberry, red fruit gelato, roasted coffee and notes of carpaccio with marinated olives. The palate, dense and airy, seduces with its alliance of hazelnut, white chocolate, and perfectly integrated ripe tannins. Classic and spirited, to be enjoyed now and until 2050.

YATTARNA CHARDONNAY 2023
Launched in 1998, Yattarna Chardonnay 2023 was born from Penfolds' ambition to create the ultimate benchmark in premium Australian Chardonnays. Blended from the finest cool-climate Chardonnay from Tumbarumba, Adelaide Hills and Tasmania, then aged eight months in French oak barrels (60% new), this wine reveals a pale yellow colour with green reflections. The nose, clean and elegant, releases aromas of sea spray, hazelnut, golden biscuit and honey. The palate, lively and taut, seduces with its finesse, balance and notes of lemon myrtle, tangy rhubarb and white fig. An exceptional Chardonnay, vibrant and refined, to be enjoyed between 2026 and 2045.

BIN 169 CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2022
A contemporary expression of Cabernet Sauvignon aged in French oak barrels, Bin 169 draws its grapes from the ancient terra rossa soils of Coonawarra. Crafted only in exceptional vintages, this wine distinguishes itself from Bin 707 through its French oak ageing, whereas its elder favours multi-regional boldness and American oak. Sourced from the finest Coonawarra vineyards, notably Blocks 10 and 20, then aged 16 months in predominantly new French oak barrels at 83%, this Cabernet Sauvignon reveals all the elegance and finesse of its exceptional terroir.
