Founded in 1881 on the north-east coast of the Isle of Islay, Bunnahabhain holds a singular place in the landscape of Scotch whisky. Unlike its neighbours renowned for their intensely smoky profiles, the distillery has historically distinguished itself through the production of unpeated malts, marked by great fruity softness and a resolutely maritime imprint.
