The 12 Year Old Two Oaks takes its name from its unique maturation process using two types of oak. This rum benefits first from an initial aging of 11 years and 3 months in white oak barrels, followed by a 9-month finish in re-toasted ex-Bourbon barrels. This double aging method confers upon the spirit its distinctive smoky character and exceptional aromatic complexity.
