Founded in 2009 by Bertha González Nieves, the first certified "Maestra Tequilera", and Robert W. Pittman, the co-founder of MTV, Casa Dragones is considered a revolutionary, Mexican Super-Premium Tequila. Based in the former stables of the Dragones of San Miguel de Allende, the brand produces limited handcrafted batches in Jalisco from highland blue agave. Under the leadership of its current co-founders, Casa Dragones innovates with aging in Japanese Mizunara oak casks while preserving the Mexican tradition of Pepita engraving on crystal.

Casa Dragones Joven is created from a unique blend of 100% Agave Tequila Blanco and Extra-Añejo Tequila, aged in new American oak casks. Each bottle possesses a unique character thanks to fully artisanal production in Mexico City and is made of pure, lead-free crystal. The decanters are engraved by hand using the traditional Mexican "Pepita" technique, which originates from 16th-century Spanish craftsmanship. Each bottle is individually labeled, signed, and hand-numbered, confirming the specific characteristics of each batch. This artisanal approach has earned Casa Dragones Joven international recognition, with 96 points from Wine Enthusiast and the title "Tastemaker’s Top Tequila" from Forbes Magazine.
