The estate
Founded in June 2019 by Édouard Roy, Jérôme Queige and Camille Jullien Gilardi, EPC Champagne has established itself as the first startup in the Champagne industry. Based in Vindey in the Marne département, this innovative House works with several partner cooperatives spread across different terroirs. Backed by renowned investors such as Xavier Niel and Didier Deschamps, EPC is revolutionizing the traditional model by offering fully traceable Monocru cuvées, thereby showcasing the work of winegrowers.

The Blanc de Noirs Brut non millésimé
Made from 65% of the 2023 vintage and 35% reserve wines from Buxeuil (Aube) and dosed at 6 g/L, this cuvée delights with a fresh, fruity nose (red berries) and a palate marked by the liveliness and elegance typical of the Côte des Bar.
The Blanc de Blancs Brut non millésimé
From vineyards on the Côteaux du Sézannais, resting on chalk, marl and clay soils, this cuvée is composed of 85% of the 2021 vintage, complemented by 15% reserve wines that lend complexity and consistency to the aromatic profile. Dosed at 5 g/L, this Champagne Blanc de Blancs offers an indulgent nose (fresh apple, citrus fruits), with floral and honeyed notes. On the palate, it is lively and fresh, carried by aromas of citrus and white fruits, leading into a long, lingering finish.
