Tasting Tips for the Roseblood d'Estoublon 2024 Cuvée

    Tasting

    Color
With a beautiful crystalline brilliance, the color displays a subtle rosewater tint, enlivened by delicate hints of peach and melon.

    Nose
The nose, generous and nuanced, blends aromas of fresh raspberry, tangy red berries and white flowers, delivering a lovely aromatic complexity.

    Palate
The palate opens with a precise and energetic attack. It unfolds with well-defined citrus flavors, supported by a taut and refreshing framework that imparts remarkable liveliness.

    Food and Wine Pairings
This graceful rosé pairs elegantly with sesame tuna tataki and crunchy vegetables. It will also elevate ricotta and spinach ravioli or any refined Mediterranean-inspired dishes.

    Serving and Cellaring
Serve between 8 and 10°C to fully appreciate its aromatic freshness. To be enjoyed now, this wine will express itself fully until around 2026.

The Expressive Freshness of a Coteaux Varois Rosé from Provence by Château d'Estoublon

    The Estate
Rooted in Provençal history since 1489, the Château d'Estoublon has long belonged to the Comtes des Baux. After its acquisition by Ernest Schneider in 1999, it is now managed by the Courbit, Prats (formerly at the helm of Cos d'Estournel) and Bruni-Sarkozy families. This emblematic estate combines heritage, excellence and renewal in an exceptional setting.

    The Vineyard
The vineyard extends over a vast 300-hectare domain, with 17 dedicated to vines and 120 to olive trees. Managed according to organic farming principles, this terroir of Provence lies on deep clay and limestone soils, ensuring a perfect balance between fruit maturity and natural freshness.

    Winemaking and Aging
After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at low temperature to preserve aromatic brilliance. The wine is then briefly aged on fine lees in stainless steel and concrete vats to gain texture and complexity.

    Blend
    Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Rolle.
