Description
The deep, intense ruby hued Chateau Palmer 2005 is 53% de Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, and 7% Petit Verdot. The first nose exhibits Morello cherry notes complemented by oriental spices and wild herbs. Aeration confirms Margaux’s luscious yet fleshy vintage with black fruits accents. Rich, intense, and precise on the attack, the stunning balance results from the superior quality of the tannins which offset a young body. Fascinating and mesmerizing, this Chateau Palmer 2005 will most certainly bring genuine, intense pleasure in a few decades.
