The elegance and freshness of a Corsican rosé wine by Clos Venturi

    The estate

Created in 2005 from the finest plots of the historic Vico estate, Clos Venturi has established itself as an essential reference in Corsica. Located in the heart of the island, this vineyard of around thirty hectares is today led by Emmanuel Venturi. Deeply committed to preserving its terroir, the estate stands out through a demanding agro-ecological approach, certified organic and biodynamic. Clos Venturi takes great pride in showcasing the island's indigenous grape varieties through identity-driven cuvées of remarkable precision.

    The vineyard

The only vineyard planted in the centre of Corsica, the estate rises to around 400 metres in altitude within a natural amphitheatre. The vines flourish on well-draining soils composed of sandstone, sand and decomposed granite. Benefiting from the refreshing influence of sea breezes and the surrounding mountains, this terroir is cultivated with the utmost care. Biodiversity is fostered through the presence of sheep, beehives and soil work carried out with horses.

    Grape variety

This rosé comes from a blend of traditional Corsican grape varieties, mainly Sciaccarellu, bringing finesse and a spicy character.
