    A precise and intense Chassagne-Montrachet Village wine

    The Estate
    Situated in the heart of the prestigious Côte de Beaune, Domaine Bader-Mimeur finds its roots in the union of two families tied to the history of Burgundy wine. Charles Bader, from a line of wine merchants, allied with Elise Mimeur, daughter of the owner of the Château de Chassagne-Montrachet. Together, they built an estate with a strong identity, rooted in tradition while firmly focused on excellence.

    The Vineyard
    The estate’s vineyard extends over 8 hectares, exclusively located in the Chassagne-Montrachet appellation. The Château de Chassagne-Montrachet accounts for the majority, with 5 hectares. The parcels host Burgundy’s emblematic grape varieties: chardonnay for the White wines, and pinot noir for the Red wines. The calcareous and clay terroir, combined with a temperate climate, gives the wines finesse and character.

    This great white Bourgogne pairs elegantly with refined cuisine: seared foie gras, premium fish (roasted sea bass, salmon with caviar, salt-crusted sea bream), shellfish (grilled spiny lobster, lobster salad, grilled prawns), poultry in cream sauce, or white asparagus.

    Service and Cellaring
    Serve at 13–14°C, after opening the bottle about twenty minutes before tasting.
