The 2009 Domaine de Chevalier boasts an intense dark-red hue. The typically Chevalier nose exudes a complex intermix of softwood and mint, ripe fruits and fresh leather. This Pessac-Leognan is rich, silky, and plump. The palate is dominated by very elegant fruits, pure, and precise. Tannins are noble, delicate, and tasty in this generous, full-bodied offering with high fruit concentration. The creamy finish is fresh, fruity, and very long.
