    Vinum

Delicately fragrant, fresh, complex, spicy, deep, stony, cool, with exotic fruits mingling with salted preserved lemon; taut palate, gripping, fresh, the wine has structure, shows elegance, straight-lined, almost Burgundy-like, precise acidity, salty, long finish. Will age very well.

Pineapples, vanilla, orange, and yellow citrus notes emerge from the nose. On the palate, the wine delivers waves of racy, sweet tropical fruits, lemon rind, white peach, mango, and crisp green apples from start to finish. This is a top vintage for Domaine de Chevalier Blanc, which you can enjoy young or age for more complexity. Either way, it’s a treat. The wine is a blend of 75% Sauvignon Blanc and 25% Semillon, 12.8% ABV. The harvest took place from September 4 to September 16. Drink from 2026–2038. 96–96 pts

Full of character, intense, grippy, green apple, white pear, white peach, unripe mango, sage and saffron and just so juicy on the finish. Great potential, clear ageing ability, fragrant and confident. Harvest 4 to 19 September. 33% new oak.

    Yves Beck

A complex, subtle bouquet with notes of lime zest, lemongrass, anise and peach. This subtlety also comes through on the palate. The wine boldly focuses on finesse and precision. It is incisive, deep and compelling. This is a truly great Domaine de Chevalier that will undoubtedly become an essential benchmark for the estate for generations to come. A saline, persistent finish, ideally supported by delicate bitterness.

Pale color. An intense, refined, fruity and pure nose. Precise on the attack, delicate through the mid-palate, with a caressing body, the wine develops a savory character, leading into a long, lively, lemony finish. Blend: 75% Sauvignon Blanc, 25% Sémillon. Alcohol content: 13%. Yield: 47 hl/ha.

    Decanter

Citrus zest, nice texture and weight here, really classy and refined but still with a filling mouthfeel and cool freshness. Mouthwatering acidity, sherbet elements with a real grip in the mouth. Great ageing potential with aromatic and flavour intensity.
