An Exceptional Pinot Noir from the Dundee Hills in Oregon

    The Estate
During a trip to the United States in 1961, Robert Drouhin, third generation of the family, discovered the Oregon vineyard and its wines. A few years later, after obtaining her oenology degree, his daughter, Véronique, moved to Oregon to work the vines with three pioneering winemaking families within the vast Dundee Hills appellation.
It was in 1987 that Robert Drouhin decided to purchase his first parcels within this appellation.

For over 30 years, Véronique Drouhin and her brother Philippe have been passionately producing natural wines under the Domaine Drouhin label, recognized for their quality and refinement.

    The Vineyard
The first wine produced by the estate in 1998, this Pinot Noir is made from grapes exclusively from plots located in the Dundee Hills of the Willamette Valley. The estate is certified "Low Input Viticulture Environment" for sustainable and environmentally friendly viticulture.

    Winemaking and Aging
The 2022 Pinot Noir grapes are hand-harvested into 12 kg crates, then sorted by hand and destemmed. The four-level gravity-fed cellar allows the grapes to be transferred to the lower-level tanks for long, careful fermentations. Aging takes place in rigorously selected French oak barrels.

    Grape Variety
    100% Pinot Noir.
