Wild herbs, game, violets, pepper, and tapenade all emerge from the 2022 Crozes-Hermitage Certitude, a darker, almost blue-fruited Crozes-Hermitage. Medium to full-bodied, round, and supple on the palate, it has a nicely textured mouthfeel and supple tannins. Drink this over the coming 8-10 years. Drink 2025-2035.
