Jean-Marc Brocard : Chablis Village "Les Vieilles Vignes de Sainte Claire" 2021

From vines around 65 years old, the 2021 Chablis Vieilles Vignes de Sainte Claire has a slightly more intense nose than the regular cuvée, with a touch more minerality. The palate is well balanced with a fine thread of acidity; notes of Golden Delicious and fresh Nashi pear come together toward a harmonious finish. Very fine.
