Description
Château La Connivence's second wine, La Belle Connivence, is produced on a total area of 1.14 hectares in the Pomerol appellation. The blend for the 2012 vintage is 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc. The vines benefit from a rich terroir of clay and gravel.
The Belle Connivence 2012 has a lot of freshness on the nose with cherry, raspberry and blackcurrant fragrances. There are also slight oaky notes. On the palate, the wine has great depth, elegance, smoothness, length and finesse with fruity flavours and perfectly integrated tannins.
