La Chablisienne : Chablis 1er cru "Vaillons" 2020

The 2020 Chablis Vaillons 1er Cru offers attractive yellow fruit on the nose, well-defined with a light flinty note in the background. The palate is firm with nice acidity; it's quite taut and fresh, attenuating slightly towards the finish that exerts decent grip. Give this a year in bottle.
