The 2009 Romanée-Saint-Vivant Grand Cru Les Quatre Journaux of Louis Latour is one of the finest red wines of the estate. Louis Latour has been the proprietor of a part of the Romanée-Saint-Vivant (0.80 hectares) since 1898. This ruby red coloured wine reveals subtle garnet highlights. The nose of the 2009 Romanée-Saint-Vivant Grand Cru Les Quatre Journaux gives off black cherry, liquorice and mild spices aromas. On the palate, the silky texture of the wine develops on a good length. Maison Louis Latour produced one of the most harmonious red wines.
