    The Estate

As the largest wine estate in Burgundy, Louis Latour boasts a winemaking history of over 200 years. Spanning the finest parcels in Premier and Grand Crus from the Côte de Beaune to the Côte de Nuits, the estate’s 50-hectare vineyard produces a range of wines from 130 appellations, each expressing with authenticity and refinement the characteristics of its original terroir.

A renowned Burgundy estate, Louis Latour has been actively committed to sustainable and environmentally conscious viticulture since 1996.

    The Vineyard

This cuvée is a Vosne-Romanée wine from the "Les Chaumes" plot, located at the same altitude as the village of Vosne-Romanée and north of Nuits-Saint-Georges. The vines, averaging 30 years old, are grown on clay-limestone soils. The term "Chaumes" indicates that the land was uncultivated before becoming a vineyard.

    Winemaking and Aging

Hand harvesting. Traditional fermentation in open vats. Aged for 10 to 12 months in oak barrels, 40% of which are new.

    Grape Variety

    Pinot Noir (100%)
