Juicy white peach and pear, a joyful white, full of zip and lift. Mint leaf, crushed rocks, liquorice, generous texture. No need to wait and yet full of potential to deepen further over next fw years. Harvest August 25 to September 3. 12% new oak. 3.09 pH.

    Vinum

Expressive, with aromas of lychee, peach and a hint of green apple; on the palate it is creamy, round, seductive and approachable, with a sweeter core of fruit, well-balanced acidity, and a fresh finish marked by lime zest. The wine impresses less with power than with finesse.

    Decanter

White stone fruit and white floral scents on the nose, smells really quite expressive with peach and elderflower. Upfront and lively in the glass, the juicy mouthwatering Sauvignon making the first impression with crisp green apple and a hint of sweet and bitter lemon. Ends salty and crisp with some stony touches. Well textured, not at all sharp but really retains a tightrope edge. Lovely.

White peaches, flowers, pineapples, and tangerines are already on full display in the perfume, and on the palate, finishing with a racy energy adding lift, and intensity to its yellow citrus, and crisp pineapple on the palate and in the finish. The wine blends 67% Semillon, and 33% Sauvignon Blanc. Drink from 2027-2033. 93-93 Pts

With good intensity, the bouquet reveals notes of coconut and passion fruit, followed by hints of lime and white flowers. Slightly saline on the attack, the wine shows drive and breadth. Guided by a razor-sharp acidity, it is lively, elegant, sapid and thirst-quenching. An exciting wine that leaves you wanting more.

A Dry White Bordeaux of great aromatic precision

    The estate
Founded in 1811 by Louis-Gaspard d'Estournel, Château Cos d'Estournel is an emblematic property of the Saint-Estèphe appellation, in the Bordeaux region. Recognisable by its oriental architecture adorned with pagodas, the estate covers a 100-hectare vineyard. Since 2000, Michel Reybier has been the current owner of this prestigious Second Growth. He carries on the founder's quest for excellence, making this name a true mark of prestige, particularly thanks to cutting-edge facilities such as the 100% gravity-fed cellar created in 2008.

    The vineyard
Located in the north of the Médoc, the terroir dedicated to these Dry White Bordeaux wines overlooks the Gironde estuary. The vines, the oldest of which are 39 years old, thrive on clay-limestone soils benefiting from a cool climate and natural oceanic ventilation. The estate practises sustainable farming, mechanical soil work and rigorous plot-by-plot management. Some plots were even top-grafted in 2020 to optimise the white grape varieties.

    The vintage
The year 2025 enjoyed ideal climatic conditions. Abundant rainfall at Easter effectively replenished the soil's water reserves. At the end of August, another rainy spell put an end to the summer heatwaves. These optimal conditions favoured an early harvest beginning on 3 September, guaranteeing grapes of exceptional intensity without any risk of overripeness.

    Grape varieties
This wine is made from a blend of 67% Sémillon and 33% Sauvignon Blanc.
