    Vinum

Medium golden yellow; expressive on the nose, with citrus notes, exotic fruits, chamomile blossoms, herbs—an аромат you want to dive into; creamy on the attack yet linear, not a gram of fat, very well structured, energetic, vertical, with tremendous drinkability, almost weightless as it glides across the tongue, and a finish of wonderful length. An outstanding Pavillon Blanc.

Pavillon 2024’s bouquet brims with freshness, detail and tropical nuances, mingling notes of passion fruit, mirabelle plums and fresh pineapple over a foundation of freshness and depth. Nothing dominates, yet everything is clearly defined. Slightly saline on the attack, the wine stands out for its elegance, subtle character, freshness and endless aromatic persistence. A polished, mouthwatering, refreshing wine that will certainly be enjoyable young, yet it has the structure to carry it beautifully over time. Drink or wait—don’t choose; do both!

Crisp green apple, and lively gooseberry with elderflower florality. Peach, passionfruit and citrus. Clean and focused, this has drive from the start - succulent and mouth watering with hints of tropical fruit balanced by stone fruit and then salty, bitter lemon and orange touches on the finish. Pineapple - lively, and bright but also not too sharp at all. Great fat and acidity. Less batonnage than in most years. Feels more delicate than most Pavillon Blancs, yet it retains the complexity and nuance. Crisp and refreshing but with a lively character. Easy to drink. Picked 2-8th September. A yield of 30hl/ha. 3.2pH.

Crisp lemons, flowers, honeysuckle, orange rind, white peach, green apples, cinnamon and green apples form the core of the character here. Zesty lemons, and pomelo with sweet tangerines, paired with the right amount of lift is perfect on the palate, and it carries all the way through to the finish as well. The wine is produced from 100% Sauvignon Blanc.13% ABV. 3.2 pH. Harvesting took place only in the mornings, from September 2 - September 8. Drink from 2026-2038. 95-95 Pts

Rich, aromatic, crisp white pear and ripe white peaches, honeysuckle, fresh orange peel, smooth, silky, great length with tension and poise. One of the finest Sauvignon Blancs in Bordeaux. This historic estate has been making white wine since the 1600s. Pavillon Blanc made from grapes grown on 12 hectares.

A lovely nose: elegant, airy, delicate, melodic and complex, with fine definition, aromatic richness framed by elegance, and a velvety touch. It reveals notes of juicy pear, crushed apple and, more subtly, fleshy vine peach, alongside hints of sweet flowers, delicate touches of pineapple and verbena, as well as quénette, with a subtle note of ripe citrus and starfruit. The palate is beautifully guided—supple, elegant, airy and delicate—offering richness and fleshiness, finesse, depth, a tangy edge and energy. Everything is precise and masterful. A lovely, fine creamy texture from lees stirring. On the palate, the wine shows notes of crunchy vine peach, juicy apple and, more lightly, citrus, with hints of pink grapefruit, fine touches of pineapple, peach blossom, verbena and a saline note. A lovely finish with a delicate sappy touch, peach blossom and iodine on the persistence. A subtle, almost tannic note (structure) on the finish. Lovely length. A fine gastronomic wine, nicely structured/built, with precision, gourmandise and energy. Opulence with finesse.
