Founded in 1885 on the Orkney archipelago, Scapa is a Scotch whisky distillery. Owned by the Pernod Ricard group since 2005, it is distinguished by its unique swan-neck still and its extended 160-hour fermentation. Using exclusively American oak casks, Scapa produces single malts with characteristic fruity and spicy profiles.
