Vinum

Bright color, clear and pure on the nose, red and dark berries, a hint of violet; delicate on the palate, fine tannins, crisp fruit, lively acidity, plenty of drive; medium length; very harmonious and perfect for the lunch table.

Decanter

Cabernet aromatics, some blackcurrant leaf, dried herbs and soft cherry aromas. A touch creamy and cool on the nose. Quite sour and tart, but lively and not too strict or austere but with some bitterness on the finish. After a few minutes the floral aromatics come out, fresh and vibrant. It's really easy to drink, not so weighty but clean and clear with no harsh tannins. Definitely needed a light hand in terms of extraction and that’s what you get. Feels cool and classic. 40% production. 15.5% press. 3.52pH.

Flowers and red currant aromas create the perfume. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied, brisk, fresh, and energetic, with a sharp, bright attitude to the currants that carries through to the finish. The wine blends 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Merlot, 12.8% ABV. Drink from 2027-2037. 88-90 pts

Le Figaro Vin

A pure, captivating nose of fully ripe red plums, blood orange and raspberry. The palate is sophisticated and elegant, charming with its quiet confidence: silky, supple fruit and a lovely saline finish. A delicious second wine.

Vertdevin

The nose is fruity with fine concentration. It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, violet and, more subtly, clove, combined with delicate hints of nutmeg and spices. The palate is fruity, offering freshness, minerality, a mineral backbone and good definition. On the palate, this wine shows notes of pulpy/juicy blackcurrant, fleshy/juicy blackberry and, more subtly, fresh/bright cherry, along with touches of racy minerality and fine hints of star anise, black olive, cocoa and a delicate toasted note. The tannins are supple, sapid and indulgent. Good length.
